EASTER SCOTCH EGGS

Easter means that, once again, I make these little treats and we eat too many but feel happy. These sprinkly balls of condensed milk and chocolatey goodness are perfect for Easter gatherings, and they're a great way to use up excess little eggs! Enjoy your Easter and eat plenty - I know I will!

Easter Scotch Eggs

What you'll need:
250g plain sweet biscuits (Scotch finger or Nice)
1 x 395g can of condensed milk
100g white chocolate, melted
250g easter eggs, unwrapped
Sprinkles of your choosing

What to do:
Pour sprinkles into a bowl and set aside. Using a food processor to process the biscuits into fine crumbs.

Combine biscuit crumbs, condensed milk and melted chocolate in a large bowl. Refrigerate for half an hour or until firm enough to roll.

Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls, and press an egg into the centre. Roll mixture around eggs and shape into eggs. Roll in sprinkles and refrigerate until firm. Enjoy!
